How It Works

• Contact our team with your event date, location, and preferred items.

• We’ll provide a personalised quote based on your selection, rental duration, and delivery requirements.

• Once confirmed, we’ll arrange delivery and return details with you.

Important Information

• Rentals are currently available within the UK only.

• Delivery and shipping costs are calculated separately and will be included in your quote.

• Availability is subject to booking dates and stock levels.

• A refundable security deposit may be required for selected items.

• Adult supervision is required when toys are in use.

Rental Policy

By placing a rental booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

All rental enquiries must be confirmed by our team before a booking is secured. Full payment, including delivery fees and any applicable deposits, may be required prior to dispatch.

2. Delivery Area

We currently provide rentals within the United Kingdom only.

3. Rental Period

Rental periods will be agreed in writing before dispatch. Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Condition & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the rented items in good condition during the rental period. Items must be returned clean, complete, and in the same condition received, allowing for normal wear and tear.

5. Loss or Damage

Any loss, excessive damage, or missing parts may result in repair or replacement charges. Costs will be assessed fairly based on the extent of the damage.

6. Safety

All rented items must be used as intended and under appropriate adult supervision. Customers are responsible for ensuring toys are suitable for the age group using them.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be 24 hours before. Refund eligibility may depend on the notice period provided before the booking date.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of rented items. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
